Printify is our printed good supplier and they handle the digital production and fulfillment of our The North End products.
Printify only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of a “store” credit. They only offer replacements for lost orders or faulty products. If you have any questions, please contact us!
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are generally non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
While it seem intuitive customers would know they’re responsible for incorrectly info, we are stuck with being in charge of capturing the right information from our customers.
If you have an issue with your order, you will have to contact Printify directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, Printify will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If your customer received a different item than they ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact Printify customer care team with all the information required in this Order Issue Submission Form .
